The Project Manager has the senior role as team lead overseeing all activities being carried out as part of the RFQ and subsequent delivery schedulde, as overall lead the Manager will become key point of contact for all TTL representatives aswell as main contact with the client.
The PMO will lead where necessary and ensure all key decision makers are in collaberation supporting both TTL and client.
Day to day activities to cover start up and wash up events, technical forums, design reviews etc
Cross function Approach covering all Domain and respective teams
Maintain acurate status against target and delivery schedule
Escalation of all programme related roadblocks and lead planning for resolution
Timing matrix & Project Health Status
Control of Project Creep – assumptions against RFQ content ect
Understands commercial vehicle systems – Thermal, Powertrain, Chassis, EE
- Day to day management and organisation of all Domain teams
