The Suburban Brew:Investment and Leadership Opportunity

Following the decision of managing director Tony Dichiera to step away, the owners are looking for a new investor to join the team.
About The Suburban BrewPeter Bradley, Tony Dichiera, and Troy Brailsford at their Glynde production site and taproom.
The Suburban Brew (TSB) was founded in Adelaide in 2017 by Tony Dichiera (Founder and MD) with the goal of bringing people together through sharing a beer.
TSB opened its Goodwood taproom in September 2020, installed a 20hL brewhouse, and launched a second taproom in Glynde in December 2022. The brewery has gained a strong local following and received multiple awards, including “Sunday Session Ale” for Most Outstanding Beer at the 2024 Royal Adelaide Beer & Cider Awards.
Supported by loyal locals and growing wholesale and contract brewing streams, TSB has experienced strong revenue growth since inception.
Since founding TSB, Tony has been joined by partners Troy Brailsford (Sales and Hospitality Manager) and Peter Bradley (Head Brewer and Operations Director). Troy joined in 2019, moving to a full-time role with the Goodwood Taproom, and Peter joined in 2022 to lead the Glynde brewery.
Due to personal circumstances, Tony has decided to exit the business in 2025, creating an opportunity for a new investor to join Troy and Peter.
Tony states, “I’m proud to have built TSB into a loved brand with the help of great people and loyal supporters. With foundations in place, I need to reconnect with my family and leave TSB to Pete and Troy to continue its growth.”
Tony currently holds controlling ownership and works full-time in the business. Troy and Peter are shareholders and wish to remain involved.
This is a unique opportunity for an investor to join a growing business with a solid foundation. Troy and Peter’s involvement will ensure continuity and ongoing growth.
