Job Description Manage small work teams in a high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. Coordinate all activities to achieve business metrics and implement lean manufacturing processes, including Safety, Cost, Quality, and Throughput improvements. Lead safety initiatives, enforce safety tools and procedures, and promote a safe workplace culture. Analyze quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide Team Leaders in problem-solving activities.

Build and train teams, allocate manpower effectively, manage absenteeism, and develop team members. Participate in and lead kaizen projects to reduce waste and improve overall performance.
