RN or LPN Midnight Floor Nurse - Troy
Location:
925 W. South Blvd, Troy, MI 48085
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN or LPN Floor Nurse to join our team at Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Floor Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
