4 North is a 37‑bed med‑surg unit with a focus on stroke and neurology patients. • Provide nursing care per the plan of care, unit routines, and hospital policy under RN direction.
• Transport patients safely via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services, and document services in the electronic medical record.
• Serve as an observer for patients requiring constant observation, either in person or via remote video monitoring.
• Perform general receptionist and clerical duties to support efficient unit operation.

This role requires a full week of corporate orientation, Monday‑Friday 7 am‑3:30 pm. Attendance is required for the entire consecutive week.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current CNA certification preferred.
