SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for re-audit of the completed reviews performed by the Quality Assurance Team(s) to ensure consistency within the QA function. Key elements are reviewed from the document image and/or report compared to the updates in IIM.Essential Duties and Functions include the following:. Must have a clear understanding of all insurance processes. Must understand the clients business rules.

Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process. Understanding of procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached. Compile and document discrepancies to be used for training and trend analysis. Identify error trends within processes and report to leadership. Attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment. Works well in a team environment.

Required:

. High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access. Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards. Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained. Quality and insurance experience helpful. Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus
