Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the full listing process with professionalism, care, and strategy
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies that maximize results
• Leverage Thrive’s professional marketing assets and platforms to showcase homes
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into listing appointments
• Prospect, follow up, and build new business opportunities through Thrive systems and your own efforts
• Negotiate contracts skillfully to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Maintain consistent communication and service from the first appointment through closing
Qualifications:
• Active real estate license
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and lead-generation tools (we use Follow Up Boss)
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and pricing strategy
• Confident communication skills and the ability to win trust quickly
• Self-motivated with a drive for growth and client success
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients at once Compensation: $100,000 yearly

$100,000 per year
