Position: Showing Agent For Real Estate

We’re looking for a Showing Partner to work alongside our seasoned agents, helping clients tour homes, learn the market, and move confidently toward their next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience by assisting top agents with showings while also building your own career. It’s not a set or guaranteed schedule;
instead, it’s a flexible role designed to get you in front of clients, sharpen your skills, and accelerate your path toward becoming a full-time Sales Agent. If you’re motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow, this could be the perfect next step.
Responsibilities:
Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showingsProvide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisionsCommunicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless serviceSupport open houses, client events, and occasional team initiativesMaintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experienceBuild and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within ThriveQualifications:Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, punctual, and detail-orientedTech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling toolsSelf-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentorsCompensation:
$50,000 yearly
