With genuine hospitality and a passion for teamwork, a Sauté or Broiler Cook will prepare high-quality food items to order while exceeding guests' expectations by following recipe and presentation guidelines. The cook will ensure special guest requests are accommodated, coordinate food orders to support timely delivery to the table, and uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety. The cook will also collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the restaurant.
QualificationsExperience and training in sauté or broiler cooking, strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and strong teamwork and communication skills are required. Candidates should thrive in a setting that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.
