Responsibilities- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as an onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients to ensure quality and consistent execution.
- Execute and uphold the client service experience; escalate to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for escalated client service concerns.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation as needed.
- Lead the office from the front desk, provide phone coverage, and engage with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed to deadlines with attention to quality, priorities, and goals.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, with adaptability based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
- Ability to support the Multi-Unit Team Leader and act as onsite contact for associates and clients.
- Commitment to quality client service and accountability for the client experience.
- Attention to scheduling, deadlines, and operational priorities.
