Job OverviewAs a Merchandising Colleague — also known as a Front of House Colleague — you will deliver a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage are accurate and up to date.
Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers' experience. You will be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued.
Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity, and ensuring every customer feels welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering help when needed.
How our Merchandising Colleagues spend their dayOur colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives to set the tone for an impactful shopping experience.
On the floor, they focus on the customer — offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations. They actively listen to needs and provide thoughtful assistance to build relationships that bring customers back.
Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends and prepare the space for a successful tomorrow.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
