Cycle Bar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art studio in Troy. The General Manager will prioritize driving studio sales and revenue while fostering a superior customer experience.

• Lead member acquisition and retention, including strategic outreach, referral business, and first‑time rider drives.
• Manage studio operations: staff scheduling, CBX team supervision, studio cleanliness, and community event participation.
• Drive dual revenue streams—memberships and retail—through pre‑planning, sales conversion tactics, and team coaching.
• Set monthly, weekly, and daily targets in collaboration with Studio Owner and owner accountability.
• Coach, train, and educate the CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.

• 2+ years of retail, service sales, or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams—memberships and retail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills in person, telephone, and email.
• Highly organized, data‑management proficiency, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar skills.
• Trustworthy, able to handle confidential information, and able to work harmoniously with co‑workers, clients, and the public.
• Affinity and passion for fitness.
