• Average First-Year Income: $55,000 – $85,000

Every solution is tailored to each family’s unique needs. You’ll be delivering prepaid union benefit packages to union members and those covered under their family umbrella plans—no cold calling involved.

You’ll also walk them through optional permanent programs that offer additional protection and long‑term peace of mind—including whole life, term, accidental, and AD&D life insurance, child coverage, income and mortgage protection, college expense and debt coverage, and supplemental health benefits like hospital indemnity plans and more.

• Are consistent, self‑motivated, coachable, resilient, competitive, and goal‑driven
• Communicate confidently on Zoom, phone, and text
• Want freedom and flexibility without capping income
• Love a performance‑based environment where effort = earnings
• Are over 18
• Have (or are willing to obtain) a state Life Insurance Producer License
• Can pass a background check & are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bonus points for experience in sales, athletics, service industries, student government or leadership. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
