We’re expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join us on this exciting journey!
OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored updates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to manage relationships effectively and promote our service. This position will start as a 1099 (independent contractor) role, giving you flexibility. After 90 days there will be an option to transition to a W2 employee if you prefer.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance service offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proven experience in sales or direct sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging phone calls effectively.
- A results‑oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Previous experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
