- Respond to company-generated leads and conduct in-home electrical consultations.
- Build trust with homeowners through education and solution-based selling.
- Create accurate estimates and present service and product options.
- Explain and assist with customer financing when applicable.
- Confirm payment details and ensure documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with install coordinators, technicians, and dispatch for smooth job flow.
- Visit job sites as needed to confirm installation feasibility and scope.
- Maintain organized sales records using CRM or Service Titan.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Attend ongoing product and sales training to improve performance.
- Ensure all sales comply with electrical codes and permitting requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through job completion
- Other duties as assigned.
- You consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining ethical, solution-based selling practices.
- Homeowners see you as their go-to expert and feel comfortable moving forward with your recommendations.
- Customers feel informed, confident, and taken care of from the first visit through job completion — resulting in high satisfaction and referrals.
- Jobs flow smoothly, expectations are aligned, and both customers and internal teams stay informed and supported.
- You actively participate in weekly training and consistently sharpen your skills to grow your career at Hoover.
- You collaborate seamlessly with the team, step in when needed, and represent Hoover with professionalism and pride.

- Residential sales experience, preferably in electrical or home services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and present solutions.
- Familiarity with estimates, financing options, and CRM/estimating software.
- Professional, organized, and customer focused.
- Valid driver’s license and flexible availability.
