Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a New and Preowned Sales Consultant in Troy, MI. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with vehicle selection, offering expert sales consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and competitive market trends, as well as building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive buying experience
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction
• Ability to build and nurture lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is beneficial
