Pay: OTE $70,000 year one. OTE Year 2: $100,000+. $50,000 annually based on experience + monthly commission, uncapped.
(average about $1,600 per month but some months are busier than others. A top candidate could earn more in the first year. 2nd year compensation would be over the 6 figure range. Commission is uncapped).

Summary:
Entry‑level sales roles. These individuals will work closely with senior members of our Sales team to nurture and expand existing client accounts, with the goal of progressing into a full‑time Marketing Consultant role managing their own book of business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell seminar marketing services aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models and demonstrating the ROI and value of our marketing events.
Deliver campaign insights, data‑driven recommendations, and optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Serve as the primary post‑sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and repeat engagements while partnering with internal teams to exceed expectations.
