Inside Sales Representative

We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting buyers, making follow-up calls, building relationships with potential buyers, and improving our contract‑to‑close rate. • Follow up with buyers via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified buyer leads.
• Gather information from prospective buyers and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the process to sell them a house.
• Conduct walk‑throughs with vetted buyers.
• Negotiate the best price and terms with buyers for company‑owned properties.
• Use CRM to compile a list of all buyers to ensure agents have up‑to‑date information to move through the listing and closing process.
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met.

$80,000 Base + Commission
