The Men's Sales Manager leads the sales experience and develops a high-performing selling team. This role drives sales, client relationships, and exceptional customer service while supporting the store's goals.
Responsibilities- Build client relationships, grow repeat business, and achieve sales and event goals.
- Deliver memorable shopping experiences, plan client appointments, and identify opportunities to increase client engagement.
- Use clienteling tools, social media, referrals, and other channels to acquire and engage clients.
- Coach and develop the selling team, oversee onboarding and training, and manage performance.
- Stay informed about merchandise deliveries and use technology to strengthen client relationships.
- Four-year degree.
- At least 3 years of management experience with comparable volume or a successful track record managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
- Proficiency with available technology, including Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
