Deliver an elevated customer experience while building client relationships and meeting personal sales goals. Support store leadership by coaching sales associates, promoting training and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities- Build clientele, provide value-added service and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Mentor and coach sales associates, share training needs and support team development.
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandise, including stock maintenance and floor changes.
- Support daily store tasks, opening and closing procedures, and returns and exchanges when needed.
- Relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and business skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate individuals and contribute to staff development.
- Ability to use registers and computers, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds and climb a ladder.
