The Selling Advisor
- Jewelry cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, sharing product and fashion knowledge while working toward sales and client engagement goals.
- Provide customer-focused service, expert styling, and product knowledge.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and support sales.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience and comfort using technology and digital tools to sell.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and a flexible work schedule.
