Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

We are seeking polished, customer-focused Luxury High-End Retail Security Officers to represent both the brand and the security team in an upscale retail environment in Troy, Michigan
. This role requires individuals who understand that luxury security is as much about presence, discretion, and service as it is about safety.

Officers must be professional, approachable, and capable of delivering a calm, confident security presence while interacting appropriately with clients, guests, and store associates.

• Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Schedule subject to change based on operational needs

• Prior security experience in luxury or high-end retail environments required
• Impeccable grooming and neat, professional appearance
• Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift
• Strong situational awareness with a customer-service mindset
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
• No cell phone use during shift
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and composed when responding to incidents or emergencies

• Maintain a visible yet discreet security presence aligned with luxury retail standards
• Greet customers professionally and assist with general store awareness while maintaining security posture
• Observe customer activity and identify potential risks without disrupting the client experience
• Respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, or policy violations
• Collaborate closely with store management and sales staff to support a seamless customer experience
• Enforce store policies while maintaining a respectful, service-oriented approach
• Complete accurate reports and documentation as required

• HS Diploma
• GED or H.S. Equivalent
