General Labor

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to perform various manual tasks to support daily operations across a variety of industries such as construction, manufacturing, or warehousing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Location:

First project is at Newport, Rhode Island Naval Base

• This Position is 100% Travel
• Must have the ability to pass a Background Check
• Must have a Real  Passport (not expired).

• 100% Traveling
• Demolition may include lead, asbestos, etc.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites or work areas
• Operate hand tools and small machinery safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers
  
  Assist skilled workers as needed (e.g., carpenters, electricians)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

• May involve outdoor or indoor work, depending on the industry
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, or hazardous materials depending on the worksite

• Must have the ability to pass a Background Check
• Must have a Real  Passport (not expired).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in general labor or related fields a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions (if applicable)
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
