Plumber Position

Residential Property Management Company located in Troy, MI is looking to hire an experienced plumber to join our team. Requirements include :

• 3+ years working on residential homes
• Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate action / repair
• Remove and replace damaged, defective or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
• Understand local and national building codes
• Install various types of services pipes and pipe fittings
• Must be able to work independently in the tri-county area, possess a valid driver's license and have own tools and transportation
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Electrical, HVAC or carpentry experience is a plus.
