Re-Bath is hiring dependable residential electricians and motivated electrical apprentices to join our expanding remodeling team. Whether you are an experienced licensed electrician or an apprentice eager to sharpen your skills, we want people who take pride in safe, high-quality work and treat customers' homes with respect.

Our Southeast Michigan bathroom remodeling projects provide hands-on experience, consistent work, and the chance to learn from experienced tradespeople. Enjoy a primarily Monday-Friday schedule, with weekend work rarely required, and a team that supports skill development and long-term growth.

What You'll Do
  • Complete residential electrical installations, repairs, modifications, and upgrades for bathroom remodeling projects.
  • Install and connect lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, switches, outlets, GFCI receptacles, and other electrical components.
  • Evaluate existing electrical systems and make necessary changes to support remodeling requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation projects.
  • Perform work in compliance with applicable Michigan electrical codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with installation teams, project managers, and other skilled trades to meet project schedules.
  • Protect customers' homes, maintain clean work areas, and communicate proactively about project challenges.
Qualifications
- Licensed Electricians and Apprentices Welcome
  • Licensed electricians: active Michigan Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician License.
  • Apprentices: current electrical apprenticeship enrollment/registration where required, or a willingness and eligibility to enter an appropriate apprenticeship pathway; prior residential electrical experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of residential wiring and electrical safety, appropriate to your experience level; commitment to learning applicable codes and best practices.
  • Ability to follow plans, instructions, and job specifications, work well with a crew, and ask questions when guidance is needed.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and professional communication with customers and teammates.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience with residential remodeling or working in occupied homes is helpful but not required for apprentice candidates. We especially value people who are coachable, take safety seriously, and are motivated to progress toward journeyman licensure. Apprentice work will be assigned and supervised consistent with Michigan licensing requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience, license level, and qualifications. Candidates at different career stages will be evaluated based on the responsibilities they can perform.

  • Health and employee benefit options and paid time off.
  • Consistent residential projects, supportive field leadership, hands-on learning opportunities, and room to grow your electrical career.
