Job Overview:
As an AI Engineer at Direct Rx Pharmacy, you’ll play a key role in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions that strengthen our patient services and operational capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI tools that improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions.
- Build, train, and refine machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows to maximize impact.
- Evaluate and monitor AI models in production to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
- Document project outcomes and present findings to leadership.
- Apply best practices in data security and compliance within a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science (with AI/ML concentration), or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including model development, training, and evaluation required.
- Proficiency in Python and experience using AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
