We’re looking for a team‑oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates well, and is quality driven and detail‑oriented. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week with minimal overtime as required. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with voluntary overtime available after training. The job is located in Troy, Michigan, near I‑75 and the 15‑mile road and Stephenson Highway.

Experience or an interest in woodworking or a woodshop is a plus. The role’s responsibilities include pulling and picking customer veneer orders, loading, and basic to moderate inventory management over time. You will pick and pack up to 30 orders daily with moderate complexity, and training will be provided.

• Self‑starter and goal‑driven attitude.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of production or warehouse experience.
• Hi‑lo experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to learn species of wood, cuts, and grains.
• Superior customer‑service manners required.
• Adaptability and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to learn many different machines safely and competently.
• Ability to lift a 4‑foot tall box weighing 60–70 lbs 4–5 inches off the floor without assistance.
