We are seeking an experienced Reefer Trailer Technician to join our growing team in Troy, Missouri. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our refrigerated trailer fleet, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your work will directly impact the high standards of service Coastal Carriers is known for, and you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigerated trailers, ensuring their safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and resolve problems.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain detailed maintenance records, and assist in training new technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

• At least two years of experience working with refrigerated trailers (reefer).
• Strong mechanical background and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical certification is a plus but not required.
