Envolve Client Services Group in Troy, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on apartment equipment, electrical and plumbing systems. You must have your own tools and be available for 24-hour emergency calls as needed.
Two years of maintenance experience is required; HVAC/EPA certification and multifamily experience are preferred; CPO certification is a plus.
