Nocturnist Physician

Join a collaborative, physician-led hospitalist group in Troy, New York, as a full-time Nocturnist and experience a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical environment just minutes from Albany and the scenic Hudson River Valley.

• Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM 7 AM)

• Compensation: $332,800 base salary

• Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)

• Patient Load: Avg. patients per physician

• Team Support: APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration

• ICU: Closed no procedures or ICU management required

• Duties: Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU

• Environment: Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility)

• New York Medical License or willing to obtain

• DEA certification or willingness to obtain

• Clean malpractice/license history highly preferred

• Accepting H-1B visa candidates (J-1 not eligible)

• 2025 grads and recent BE candidates encouraged to apply!

• Not accepting locums or candidates within 30 miles of the facility

• Relocation allowance based on distance (reimbursement model)
