Seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team as the first hospital-employed CRNAs at area Hospital!
Schedule:
8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Call Rotation: some call- 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials! Weekend call rotation: 8 weekends per year. Surgical Cases: are primarily Bread and Butter including- OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, No hearts, No Trauma cases, No Neuro. EMR:
Epic Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary- $255,000, plus shift differentials 1.0 FTE = 1880 hours 40hr a week Shift Based: 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts 5 weeks paid vacation CME $2500 Lead CRNA + $25k stipend FT Bonus: $100,000 Starting bonus $25k 6 months- $50k Year 2 $ 25K Year 3:
