• Flexible shift options:
  • 7:00 am 3:00 pm
  • 7:00 am 5:00 pm
  • 7:00 am 7:00 pm
• Call rotation 1:6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)
• Surgical cases: OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology (No hearts, trauma, or neuro)
• EMR:
  Epic
• New graduate CRNAs welcome!
• H-1B visa candidates accepted (No J-1 waivers)
• Locum candidates NOT accepted

• Based on licensure:
  • 0 4 years: $210,080 $ 232,419
  • 5+ years: $230,880 $ 255,424
• Up to $110,000 in recruitment bonuses
  • $25K starting bonus
  • $50K after 6 months
  • $25K at Year 2
  • $10K quality incentive starting Year 3
• Relocation assistance (reimbursement-based)

• NBCRNA Certified by start date
• NY State license (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in CRNA care, excellent clinical judgment
