Exciting opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a strong anesthesia care team in a modern, newly built hospital. Providers will enjoy a supportive team culture, competitive compensation, and excellent growth opportunities.

• Provider s choice of shifts: 7:00 am 3:00 pm, 7:00 am 5:00 pm, or 7:00 am 7:00 pm

• Call rotation: 1:6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)

• Call stipends & shift differentials available

• Surgical cases: Bread & butter anesthesia, including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology

• No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases

  Epic

• Accepting new graduate candidates

• Not accepting locums candidates

• Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers)

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED

• Active NY License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• Clean background preferred

• Must complete credentialing process (credentialing fees not reimbursed)

• Flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) available

• Call rotation of 1:6 with post-call day off

• Credentialing timeframe dependent on license status

• Compensation based on years of licensure:

  • 0 4 years: $210,080 (1880 hours) / $232,419 (2080 hours)

  • 5+ years: $230,880 (1880 hours) / $255,424 (2080 hours)

• Bonus Structure:

  • $25k at start

  • $50k at 6 months

  • $25k at Year 2

  • $10k Quality Incentive starting Year 3

• Relocation allowance available (reimbursement-based, amount depends on distance)
