Accounting Manager

Qorali are supporting a leading manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions worldwide. As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join their established finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and experience leveraging ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to drive efficiency and insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and senior management to provide financial insights that enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience considered highly beneficial, to streamline processes and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
  • CPA designation required (or equivalent professional accounting certification).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems;
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience is a strong asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
