Service Advisor

Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Troy, OH. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the service department, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with our technicians to provide accurate estimates, communicate service needs, and foster a positive relationship with every customer.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their service needs.
• Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and repair work.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle services.
• Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and recommended services.
• Manage appointment scheduling and service workflow efficiently.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and service processes is preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and software used in service departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer service training is a plus.
