Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Day Cashier to join our team in Troy, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service during daytime hours.

• Operate the cash register and computer system efficiently to process sales transactions.
• Count money accurately and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• May come into contact with household chemicals or other materials; notify management if allergic or sensitive to any substances.

• Efficient at running a computer and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to count money accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Capable of standing for long periods without discomfort.
• Comfortable with bending over or squatting as needed during the shift.
• Awareness of potential exposure to household chemicals or other materials; must inform management if allergic or sensitive.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.

This position requires standing for long periods and occasional bending or squatting. The work environment may include exposure to household chemicals or other materials.
