Teacher Part Year – Troy – CORS Head Start

Hourly rate: $14.84–$21.23. Minimum high school diploma. Associate’s degree eligible for higher pay $22.24–$26.08.

Hourly.

• Team daily operations with Head Teacher and center classroom staff.
• Prepare learning environment, materials, routine, group activities, outdoor time, mealtime.
• Ensure child safety, supervision, sanitary, organized environment.
• Collaborate on activities promoting interests, individualized skill building across domains.
• Assist developmental screening completion.
• Support family engagement and male involvement activities year‑long.
• Complete home visits, plans, parent/teacher conferences as requested.

• High school diploma or GED; CDA or equivalent; or enroll in approved CDA program and complete within 2 years. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Work experience:
  
  none required.
• Physical: lift 40 lbs, stoop, bend, reach. Valid driver’s license. Extensive organization, problem solving, record keeping, time management.
