• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances; develop and implement CAPA plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Optimize quality systems to meet standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
• Coach and train team members on quality tools and statistical problem-solving.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Minitab and Power BI; develop dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt training required.
• 3+ years of experience leading quality or continuous improvement projects.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with statistical tools (DOE, ANOVA, SPC, regression analysis).
• Familiarity with automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
• Proficiency in SAP QM and dashboarding tools like Power BI.
