Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role based in Dayton, OH provides expert retirement planning advice, analyzes clients’ financial situations, creates tailored financial plans, and delivers exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will conduct consultations, identify suitable insurance and investment options, and cultivate long‑term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide retirement planning advice and financial analysis.
  • Develop tailored financial plans for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Background in finance or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline a plus.
  • Experience with insurance or retirement planning advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
