Position:
Pharmacy Technician - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Location:
Onsite at our closed-door pharmacy, 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, OH 45373
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, rotating holidays and weekends
Compensation: starts at $15/hr + $2/hr shift differential. After a brief training period, team members may earn an additional $1.50/hr by learning and taking on new responsibilities.

- Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
- Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
- Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
- Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
- Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
- Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
- Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
- Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and owes processing.
- Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current National/State Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Basic computer skills; solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical abilities
- Willingness to learn new things
