As the Activity Director, you will design and implement a diverse calendar of programs that promote meaningful engagement, enhance quality of life, and support the unique interests and abilities of our residents. You’ll be responsible for coordinating group activities, one-on-one interactions, community events, and intergenerational programs in collaboration with our dedicated interdisciplinary team.

• A dynamic leader with strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Certification as an Activity Professional (or willingness to obtain)
• Enthusiasm, compassion, and a true desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors

• Planning and executing a comprehensive monthly activity calendar
• Supervising and mentoring activity staff and volunteers
• Coordinating resident outings and special events
• Ensuring all programming meets regulatory and person-centered care standards
