Base pay depends on skills and experience. This role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) for qualified associates with at least one year of service, up to $725.

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care, as well as help with household chores such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete required training and certification based on state regulation.
