Remedi Senior Care is seeking a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to support residents in long-term care facilities. The role is on site at our closed-door Troy, OH pharmacy, handling order entry and customer communications under a pharmacist's guidance.
You will enter prescriptions in the Remedi Senior Care Framework/Docu Track system and ensure accurate data while delivering courteous service. Training lasts 6–8 weeks with a 3rd shift schedule.
