In-Home NP: Health Risk Assessments

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Troy, OH. NPs will travel to patients’ homes and perform comprehensive non-invasive assessments, reviewing medical history and documenting findings to support preventive care outside the clinic setting.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing, an active NP license in Ohio, board certification, and BLS.
