We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist (EX2) to support Recycling & Spec Control activities that enhance customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, profitability, and resource circularity.
In this role, you will lead or assist with areas such as recycling, batteries, cores, forecasting, third-party management, audits, KPI tracking, and project support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting battery processes—refreshing, shipping, sourcing, and regulatory compliance
- Managing resource circularity and recycling initiatives
- Overseeing core inventory, distribution, and charges
- Supporting forecasting and ordering for batteries and small cores
- Liaising with third-party providers
- Ensuring accuracy in dealer system documentation and SOPs
- Supporting LET flashing and maintenance
- Tracking KPIs and addressing root causes
- Leading or supporting departmental projects
Qualifications and skills:
BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent), 4-6 years procurement experience (preferably in manufacturing), knowledge of procurement and forecasting (preferably automotive), strong negotiation, planning, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
