Spinnaker, a Mactac Company, is hiring motivated individuals to join our team! We produce pressure‑sensitive materials used in everyday items such as labels, packaging, medical devices, displays, and more.

Location:

Spinnaker, a Mactac Company – Troy, OH

• Starting at $21.42/hr + shift differential

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

• Help operate machines that coat or cut materials
• Ensure materials are loaded and machine settings are correct
• Complete basic paperwork and computer entries
• Communicate with your team about production status
• Monitor materials and flag any quality issues

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team help for heavier items)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
