Production Machine Operator

As a Production Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to produce quality goods, following blueprints and instructions. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17/hr. for 1st Shift | $18/hr. for 2nd Shift

Shifts:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

• Set up, operate, and adjust machines, including computer-controlled equipment, to produce parts to specification
• Monitor machine performance, detect defects, and perform in-process inspections using measuring tools
• Perform minor maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
• Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment
• Document production data accurately, including output, runtime, and any issues
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of work experience or willingness to learn on the job
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read job orders
• Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting 20-50 lbs regularly
