We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team as Contract Nurses. If you are dedicated to providing high-quality care and enjoy working in a dynamic, resident-centered environment, we’d love to work with you.

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate care team members

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans

• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and other team members

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold compliance with HIPAA and facility protocols

• Foster a warm, respectful, and compassionate care environment

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing

• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
