Overview
LPN-MED PASS-IV- CTU at Premier Health Partners –
Upper Valley Medical Center
Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM – Weekends & Holidays
Status: Part‑time – 24 hours a week (48 hours per pay period)
The Licensed Practical Nurse administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The LPN collaborates with the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and supports the implementation of patient care plans. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards, and provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts patient outcomes.
QualificationsEducation: Minimum Diploma Program required.
Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio LPN license; BLS certification prior to orientation.
Experience: No prior job‑related experience required.
Knowledge & Skills- Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organization skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
