About the Director of Nursing PositionAs Director of Nursing, you will inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor associates, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

- Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met; ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity; supervises and provides leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs up to $725.
